Shipping policy
At the time of writing, our products are available for delivery only in Rwanda.
You will receive the entire order as one shipment. The products shall be delivered to the address you have indicated in the order form.
When your products are delivered and (where applicable) installed, you (or a responsible person acting on your behalf) will be asked to inspect the products and installation work and to sign a document to acknowledge practical completion of the delivery and installation.
For security reasons, we shall not process any order addressed to a post office box or accept any order that does not allow to identify the natural person considered to be the recipient of the order and the relevant address.
In the event you are subject to the application of shipping costs, such costs shall be indicated expressly and separately from any other cost or expense upon completion of the order form and prior to pressing the Buy Button.
Your products are manufactured upon receipt of your order. Our salesperson will give you an estimated delivery date based on our production schedules and our installers’ availability. Unless we specifically agree otherwise in writing, the delivery date will be offered as guidance only, any delivery times mentioned are only an approximate guide and are not binding. We will endeavour to deliver your products on or shortly after the estimated date but please be aware that we cannot guarantee any delivery dates and we do not accept liability for any loss or expense incurred by you if delivery or installation is not made by the estimated date.
When your products are ready for delivery, we will contact you by telephone and/or by email to arrange the delivery. After three (3) failed attempts to contact you, you will be asked to contact us to agree delivery dates. Once we have agreed on a delivery date, we will (subject to force majeure) be committed to delivering on that day and you will be responsible for accepting the delivery and arranging appropriate means of access for installation. If you are not willing or able to accept delivery and installation dates which fall within a 14-day period from our first attempt to contact you, you will start to incur storage charges to be calculated based on the quantity of products being stored and the period of storage, chargeable from the time of contact until the products are delivered. We will invoice you at the appropriate time. All outstanding charges must be paid in full prior to delivery date.
If you agree to a delivery date but our deliverers are, on that date, unable to obtain access to the delivery address, you will incur a redelivery charges which will need to be paid prior to redelivery. These charges will be made at the same rate as the original delivery charges.
If you agree to a delivery date and cancel with less than three (3) working days notice, an appointment cancellation charge of FRW 10,000 will be levied.
We will deliver and install products to the delivery address specified on your order form. It is noted that (regardless of the address on the order form), certain credit or debit cards insist on shipment to the cardholder’s billing address. In this case, we will follow the credit and debit card requirements if the address is located in the regions we ship our products to. If the address is located outside of the regions we ship products to, we may cancel your order and resell the products.
If you are not willing to accept delivery of your products within a 14-day period from us first attempting to contact you, we shall be permitted to cancel your order and to resell the products. In those circumstances, we shall retain the amounts paid to us in respect to the products pending an attempted resale of the products. If the products are resold, we shall (within a reasonable period) return to you an amount equivalent to the resale proceeds after deduction of our additional reasonable costs and expenses. Please note that if we do resell the products, it is likely to be at a discount. If we are not reasonably able to resell the products, we shall be permitted to retain the price paid by you in full.
If, for a period of fourteen (14) days from being notified that the products are available for delivery, you are unavailable and/or do not respond when we try to contact you to arrange delivery of your products, we shall give you notice that unless you allow us to deliver and commence installation within fourteen (14) days (of that notice), the order will be cancelled and we shall be permitted to take the steps referred to above.
We may split the order into multiple shipments, according to the availability of the products for delivery, and you will receive the products separately upon their availability to be shipped. In this case, we shall charge you as a single shipment.

You shall bear the risk of loss or damage to the products from the moment in which you, or a third party appointed by you and other than the carrier, physically takes possession of such products and signs a document to acknowledge practical completion of the delivery and installation.
In the event, the loss or damage to the product occurs prior to the physical delivery to you or to a third-party appointed by you, we shall refund you any amounts already paid.
